Terms and Conditions

  1. Contest Organizer
    The contest “Pre-register and Win a Trip to Sicily” is organized by Shakadabra S.R.L., with registered office at Via Velasquez, 19, Palermo, Italy and VAT ID07262490829  (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer“).
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By participating in the contest, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation. Any violation of the terms may result in disqualification from the contest.
  3. Contest Period
    The contest will begin on 15/10/2024 and will end at 12.00 pm on the 28/02/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
  4. Participation Requirements
    Participation is open exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in Italy, Germany and United Kingdom. No entry fee is required: pre-registration to the app is free. Employees and family members of the Organizer or affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
  5. Participation Method
    To participate in the contest, users must:
    • Fill out the pre-registration form available on the contest’s dedicated landing page;
    • Wait for the launch of the mobile app;
    • Register to the new mobile app using the same email (different emails won’t be matched);
    • Wait for the drawing.

    Each participant may register only once. Multiple entries, even from different emails, will be invalidated.

  6. Prize
    The prize consists of a trip to Sicily for 2 people and will include round-trip flight, three-night stay in a 4-star hotel with breakfast included and a surprise! The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Any additional expenses (e.g., insurance, non-included meals, etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner.
  7. Winner Selection
    The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible participants who have completed the pre-registration and registered to the mobile app. The draw will take place within 30 days after the contest closes.
  8. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted at the email address provided during pre-registration within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 3 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If there is no response, the Organizer may proceed with a new draw.
  9. Disclaimer of Liability
    The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical issues or malfunctions that may affect the proper conduct of the contest, registration, or prize assignment.
  10. Modification of Terms
    The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a notice on the contest page. Changes will take effect from the date of publication.
  11. Processing of Personal Data
    The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the management of the contest and processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations ([EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR]/[Applicable Local Law]). Participants who provide explicit consent may also receive marketing communications. Under no circumstances will your data be sold; it will only be used to share updates from Shakadabra.   12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    The contest is governed by the law of Italy. In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Palermo.
